The web site has been created with the goal of achieving maximum content accessibility.

The web site uses CSS for the visual layout of web pages. Graphic design, layout, and functionality comply with the Ministry of Informatics rules for the creation of accessible web pages and requirements for so-called “blind friendly web.” The web site meets the requirements of level BFW3 (the highest level of access).

Another aim of the web site is compatibility with contemporary international standards for web access: WCAG 2.0 (AA level)

All text is defined in relative units and can be easily enlarged or reduced using standard internet browser tools. CSS styles can likewise be turned off entirely.

The fact that not all internet users have permission to use JavaScript is taken into consideration in the navigational elements and CSS is used to the greatest possible extent.

HTML documents are created using the XHTML 1.0 Transitional structural standard.
